Welcome to Pillargram. We’re excited you’re here. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) outline your rights and responsibilities when using Pillargram, a platform designed to connect independent artists with curators, influencers, and tastemakers in the music industry.

By using Pillargram, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, that’s okay, but please don’t use the platform.

1. What is Pillargram?

Pillargram is a music promotion platform that allows artists to submit their music to real curators and influencers, receive honest feedback, and control who promotes their songs. We provide a space for meaningful connections, not automated playlists or generic reviews.

2. Who Can Use Pillargram?

To use Pillargram, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By signing up, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you’re using the platform in good faith.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login information safe. Don’t share your account or impersonate someone else. If you notice suspicious activity, please notify us immediately at support@pillargram.com.

4. How Submissions Work

Artists submit singles, EPs, albums, or videos to curators. Each submission type has a flat fee:

• Singles & Videos: $1
• EPs: $5
• Albums: $10

Artists may also tip curators $1–$5 for valuable feedback. All tips are optional and go directly to the curator.

5. Curator Responsibilities

Curators agree to:

• Provide honest, constructive feedback within 5 days.
• Promote submissions only if they genuinely enjoy the music.
• Maintain respectful communication with all artists.
• Communicate with our artists on Pillargram.

Failure to meet these expectations may result in temporary or permanent removal from the platform.

6. Refunds & Disputes

Because curators are compensated for their time and effort, submissions are generally non-refundable. If you feel a curator did something wrong, you can report it. We take every complaint seriously and may take action, including resolving the issues or removing the curator when appropriate.

7. Prohibited Behavior

We want Pillargram to be a safe and positive space. That means:

• No harassment or hate speech
• No spam or fake accounts
• No uploading copyrighted content you don’t own or have permission to share

Breaking these rules can result in suspension or a permanent ban.

8. Ownership and Rights

Artists retain full ownership of their music. By submitting a track, you give us and selected curators permission to listen to, promote, and provide feedback on your content. We will never sell your music or distribute it without your consent.

9. Platform Fees and Payments

All payments go through our secure third-party processor. Curators are paid out based on the number and type of submissions they receive, plus any tips. Payment delays may occasionally happen but we’ll always work to resolve them quickly.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect new features or legal requirements. If we do, we’ll post the updated version here and notify users by email or platform notice.
