Pillargram helps bridge the gap between creatives and the people who support their growth. It’s an accessible and transparent space where genuine connections are formed through submissions, feedback, and collaborations. Whether you’re a manager, publicist, or label exec, setting up an Artist Representative account on Pillargram takes only a few minutes. This quick tutorial will walk you through the entire process step by step so you can get your profile up and running smoothly.
Start by visiting the official website, pillargram.com. On the homepage, you’ll see a “Get Started” button in the top right corner. Click that to begin. You’ll be directed to the account creation page, where you’ll fill in your first name, last name, and email address and create a secure password.
Be sure to use a valid email address that you check regularly, as it’ll be used for verification and communication.
After entering your basic details, you’ll be asked to select the type of account you’d like to create: “I'm an Artist” or “I'm an Artist Rep.”
For this tutorial, select Artist Representative. This indicates to the platform that you’re signing up to represent an artist, rather than submitting your own music.
On the next page, Pillargram will ask what type of representative you are. You’ll see a few options like:
You can select just one. For instance, if you manage artists.
Next, you’ll need to fill in your Agency name and country of residence.
This helps establish your professional base and makes your profile appear more official.
Use the name that artists would recognise, whether it's your management agency, collective, or your own name if you operate independently.
Here you’ll provide links to your official website and social media accounts like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and YouTube. Ensure the links are active and up-to-date, as artists may use them to verify your credibility and view your work in action.
Now it’s time to personalise your profile! Please upload a clear profile photo, ideally a professional or branded image, and then compose a brief bio about yourself.
Your biography should be concise, ranging from 15 to 160 words, so please ensure it is impactful. Mention your background, the kind of artists you represent, or the services you offer. A strong, authentic bio helps attract the right artists and partnerships.
On the next page, you'll see a quick feedback question asking how you learnt about Pillargram. Select the option that applies to you, whether through social media, a referral, or an online article, and click submit.
That’s it, you’ve successfully created your Artist Representative Account on Pillargram!
Once you complete the setup, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard, where you can explore the tools available.
From there, you can connect with artists, review submissions, and start building lasting relationships within the creative community.
Setting up your Pillargram Artist Rep account is just the beginning of your journey. With a polished profile and clear mission, you’ll be well on your way to helping talented artists grow their careers and building valuable connections in the process.
