5-Day Turnaround Time
Curators need to review submitted tracks and give feedback within 5 days. Should they not respond promptly, the artist will be refunded automatically, and the curator’s rating might suffer consequences.
Quality Evaluation
Feedback should be truthful, helpful, and specific, clearly outlining the reasons a track is being supported or not shared.
No Duplicate Feedback
The use of generic or copied feedback multiple times is not allowed. Taking such actions could lead to penalties or decreased visibility.
No Outside Payments or Services
Curators may not solicit payment or endorse external services, platforms, or monetization options in their feedback.
No Deceptive Behavior
The use of bots, fake followers, artificially generated streams, or manipulated listening behavior (such as playlist inflation) results in an instant ban.
Mandated Measure
If a curator commits to a task (such as adding a playlist, a feature, or a review), they must fulfill it as promised.
Curators need to apply to join Pillargram and are chosen based on their influence, editorial standards, and musical vision.
Profile Authenticity
Curators must maintain their profiles accurately and up to date, including musical tastes and appropriate background details.
Validation & Verification
Pillargram consistently evaluates the quality of curator feedback. Artists can also evaluate feedback, contributing to the maintenance of platform standards and accountability.
